The Bible is chock full of guiding passages that can help you get through just about any situation in life.

Whether you’re tired or scared or lonely or confused or sad, The Good Book has you covered.

But sometimes you just need a little inspiration — a quick hit of scripture to get you over a hump or through a lull in your day.

Or maybe you’re looking for some easy verses to memorize, or for you kids to memorize.

That’s where these 51 short Bible verses come in.

Some of them are complete sentences, some just fragments. But all of them impart a bit off God’s wisdom and love.

And when the mood strikes you, and you have a bit more time, I’d encourage you to dig in to the scripture surrounding each of these so you get a bit more context.

1 Chronicles 16:11
